Yeah, Brady's only like 15 minutes away. I stayed at that place last time, don't expect the internet to work, or to have a cell signal if you have sprint =) !c

| not sure what time we'll be headed up. It depends on whether the kiddos have any tests in school that afternoon. If they don't have tests, I'll be taking them out of school around noon. If they have any tests, we won't be leaving until after whatever class its in. | |

have you heard something? Here's what their website says: if you want to wheel at Katemcy before its closed, you need to do so on or before June 13-14, 2009.

| Memorial weekend works best for me because it's a 3 day weekend from work. I already took Friday off. So I can drive up Friday, have 2 full days of wheeling (Sat & Sun) and drive home Monday | |

| Just wanted to give you guys a heads up on the Memorial Day weekend trip to Katemcy. They state that special rates apply because this is a 3 day weekend and you get 3 days of wheeling, they did not list the price but in looking at previous years the rate is about $100.00 per rig and $35.00 per passenger. I did notice that there is one more open event June 13th & 14th, we are open to either one but I wnated to see what everyones thoughts were. | |

I did a test run on it with the front wheels only and it was crushing the edges. It might work once or twice but I just don't feel comfortable about loading it up on a regular basis. I found a 7k ramp for $400 that is just the right size (the ramp is 94" and the gate is 87"). The doors and top will be off for sure. I am going to have to take one of the fold down beds out so the heap will fit but there is still one more loft bed (queen) and a fold out twin/couch. We usually just use an air mattress and throw it on the floor. I used it for motorcycles in the past and 11 of us stayed in it. Got a little cozy and a whole lot funky after a while but it was manageable. Here are the ramps: http://www.oxlite.com/tractorheavyequip.htm

I figure that if I put down some 2" wooden planks and center the load over the axles (triple) it should ride just fine.
