Rude awakening this morning!

yeah but with the appraisal district info you can get a hold of the actual home owner and tell them what kind of Renters they have living there, if they are good land lords they will kick them out!

About 6 years ago G and I lived in an Apt complex in Cypress, TX. Around 3am one morning I woke up to the loudest noise I had ever heard, it made our walls shake, I looked out the window only to see G's big Ass 1994 Ford F350 (4 Door Long Bed diesel) turned side ways in the parking lot and two drunk drugged up guys getting out of a car screaming what in the F**k did we just hit, I bolted out the front door and down the stairs the guys got back in their car and drove off, however I did get their plate #. They knocked the piss out of G's truck, did 8000 dollars in damage it was almost totaled any how on to where this story ties in with yours.

I called out the po po, cop showed up and said let me guess your truck was broken in to, we said no it was hit by a hit and run. Gave the cop the lic plate # and the grill to the car along with part of the pass side door, half of their front bumper and well over half of their front pass fender. The cop told us that like 12 cars had been broken into that night in our complex and he had been on call after call to the same place that night.

So anyhow about 5 ours later I get a call from that cop wanting me to come ID the two assholes who had hit our truck. Those idiots had an uncle who lived in our complex and had come back over to his house to visit and the cop spotted them.

When they arrested them they found 14 car stereos, 4 or 5 wallets, and other misc shit in their car. Turns out those were also the guys who had broken into all those cars that night. as they were trying to make their speedy get away they hit a speed bump too fast which made their car smash into G's truck. It was so funny seeing their car the next day that thing was messed up.

but our ins paid to fix our truck and everyone who shit got stolen got most of their stuff back but taking the guys to small claims court to get our ins deduct. back was a waist of time and money.

But on the good note the uncle got kicked out of the Apt complex for allowing his thug nephews to come visit him.

bad note the guys only spent 3 weeks in jail and the night they got let out the threw a brick through our living room window, and then a month after that G's truck got broke into. We knew it was them but never could prove it. So the apt complex let us break our lease with no fines even gave us back our full deposit. Thats when we bought our house and why we bought it it's so tucked back in the woods and we can have big mean dogs run loose to protect our crap.

Lets do a couple "drive bys", that would be great...............a lil jeep justice for ya, little punks!

And there's no law saying we can't have long guns displayed in our rigs so long as we don't brandish them. Just allow them to be seen.

When are we having the install party?

i have not seen them in the past 2 days... got plate #s and bcad.org shows the homeowner info - the owner lives in san antonio. no phone # found on anywho.com or whitepages.com. gonna drive by their house and see what i can find out. just want to make sure they know who they are renting to.

also found they are behind a few years on HOA dues. they are gonna try to initiate forclosure process via HOA. never steal from 30 % of your neighbors... not a good idea.
