Nice!! How far under the body do rails go? Do different brands have different coverage underneath?

they are flush with the body so my wife can use them as a step
however they are mounted (welded) to the frame at three points using 1.5" square tubing .125 " wall thickness that is 8" long the rails are 2x4 tubing that is .125 wall thickness as well so long story short from frame to outside of rail is 12" i chose those measurements because that makes them just 1.5" short of being flush with the outside of my stock tires

I have asked George what he would charge to make me a set like these since Poly Performance is so expensive.
and I love the way they protect the underbody.

I have sopme extra stainless body mount spacers used to install them if he needs some hardware for the ones he makes for you

I like the poly's, thats what I will get but 4 door version.

Mine went in the shop yesterday evening, will post pics when we get done with it, we're doing sliders and a couple other things.

Got my purejeep 4dr sliders/armor/steps on. Pretty solid, 1/4" steel all around, bolt through body tub, not frame, but if I hit something hard enough to bend these suckers, I've got bigger problems =)

*laugh* They are a lot hotter than I was expecting. Fairly heavy though, I can actually tell the difference when turning corners now. A lot less side-side bounce when turning and hitting a bump!
