I would like to shout out a big thanks for all that attended, both as drivers and with the smores/bonfire. It was unfortunate that mother nature did not cooperate for the bonfire.
If anyone stayed till the end of Paula Nelson's set, there was a soldier that took the mike afterwards and spoke for several minutes about how much this ment to him and his family. That is what makes it all worth it.
I'm working to get the pictures on the site. If anyone have pictures or videos they would like on the WFTW site please send them to me. If you have too many to send or they are too large let me know and I will be glad to make arrangements to get them some how. Right now I have over 1000 pictures to sort through.
For those that have not seen it there is a documentary about WFTW up on the site. I have the large verson at http://www.wftw-sa.org/upcoming.html but I will probably move it to past events sometime this week.

Just wanted to say Thank You for all those that supported the Wheelers for the Wounded this weekend, and also you guys who helped us with the Smores for the kidos. It looks like it was a good event and as always seeing the soldiers and their families is what makes it worthwhile, it’s so easy to forget how good we have it here and all the freedoms we have…the presentation of the colors and the explanation of what each fold of the flag stands for can’t help but bring us to reality of what those freedoms cost.
God Bless
Thanks Renee

There are some hints...... enough to make you wonder if someone was crazy enough to stuff a Jeep into one of those.

Way tooooooooooo early for me, anyway, Renee, Bobby and myself will not be going up until later Saturday since we are not actually wheeling rigs, we will be doing volunteer duties at camp. We will be meeting practically at the same location, just at Wendys and the gas station at, oh I think she said 12:30-12:45, will clarify shortly. What's up with you Johnny, you bum'n a ride with me or are you and you brother going. Let us know. K?
And as for you Mr.RonG, I am sooo very jealous of your setup, very nice! Too bad you don't have plaxiglass sides to the trailer so people don't miss out on "what's inside"! Luv it!

Pear burner - think of a flame thrower and you're close. It got the name from ranchers who would burn the thorns off the prickly pear cactus so livestock could eat them.
