new Front bumper

Started my front bumper.... not sure if it deserves to be on here but here ya go.... not near done I need to pick up some d-ring brackets also im gonna cover the top I just need to know were the winch will be sitting(when I get one) also gonna do a hoop or stinger not sure which one I want yet!!! I cant bend 90 degrees with my pipe bender ..... so Jeremy when you get that tube bender I might have some practice bends for ya ...

oh ya think im gonna match the rear like this as well!! if it turns out nice

Looks good man. The bender's going to be here Friday, but the dies won't be here til next week, but we can bend it if you can wait that long. I know it's hard. I just got gas for my welder rather than flux core and love it. I'm dying to build something with gas now. I feel like a giant kid right before Christmas! Keep up the good work, "sweet pea." HA, you're never going to hear the end of that now. It's okay though, my wife has those nicknames for me also so it's all good and all in fun.

haha looks like I need a new screen name "sweetpea" I may try sand in the old pipe trick first but if that fails I'm going to need to bum some bends from you!!! Hows the gas welding over fluxed..today while I was flying I was thinking about welding (splatter..slag) and was thinking I need to grab a bottle of gas and see if I can't make my welds look cleaner.. Also how long does a bottle last and price wise is it worth it??? Anyways I'll have more questions Saturday ... See ya then

added the stinger and built rear bumper for now....gonna add some dimple die holes or use hole saw to give the bumper a more custom look later(along the bottom..kinda like poly performance bumpers) also gonna add a tire carrier and something to the front of the bumper to make it POP!!! anyways here the pics

Have him send photos of fab work and close up of welds too.

Luckly my welds are better than that...and when they aint I put the grinder to work!!!
