I the meat is ready to cook and the jalapenos are ready to be wrapped with bacon and stuffed with cheese.

I think I will use the smoker to stage the ribs and chicken in then finish it off on the grill.....

Weather should be sunny and hot - I have two big fans on the back porch - one is a misting fan so it should be bearable.

Sounds like it's going to be a good time. We're shooting to get there around 1pm.

If someone checks the thread before they head out please pick up some bowls, whatever is fine (disposable) for the cheese dip.

Good lord that looks awesome. I spent my entire weekend working and sweating my ass off getting an old badass D&D gooseneck trailer wired up, replacing the brakes, regreasing everything, etc. It belongs to a friend of mine, but I'll be using it to tow the TJ

You fawkers should have taken some food home with you.... I fed the neighbors, took some to Mom and Dad and still eating ribs and yard bird..... Its still good but damn...

Damn, didn't know we could take some home! I felt bad that we took our sides back so I didn't want to ask for leftovers. Those rubs were awesome and I kept going back for the drumsticks.
