| Anyone having or had a issue with your hood bouncing up and down while fully latched. I removed the front skid plate and that little filler betwen frt bumper and grill and now have that issue. I figured it is the air going under the grill up to the hood. My new frt bumper only has a small skid for the front maybe that will help once I install it{waiting for them to send me a new bumper}. Just wanted to get some other thoughts!
Thanks | |

| Zip ties definitely do the trick!
Daystar makes some new latch mechanisms that they call "Hood Wranglers" and charge about $30.00 for if you want to get fancy.

| I went with the daystar's, my cheap zip ties kept breaking due to baking in the sun. Stupid harbor freight zip ties... | |

| I kept the spring and the retainer screw in my glove box for about a year thinking that I might need to put it back on or something. Zero issues, I chunked it in my bucket of spare stuff in the garage. | |
