Going to try this again....

BMRA for new years!!!! This is my one of favorite places to wheel to wheel in Texas. Good camping or hotels close. Great wheeling! Should be a good time.

I will prob travel up on Wed or Thurs and stay until Sunday morning. The MrsRG and the Giblets are going for this one and *they* have elected to stay in a hotel and *I* will get to pay for it. Democracy in action... :shaking:

Will be staying at Gilmer Inn or the Executive Inn, will call today and see how many rooms they have for the weekend.

I am really going to try and make this run. I have missed it the last few times, but since it lands on a weekend it may be easier. So unless I break something while skiing the week before I should be there. I will probably go the camping route to save some money.

Made reservations at the Gilmer Inn for us and N2Rock (yes, he is alive!!) Arriving Thursday leaving Sunday.

Ron, I would like to make that run. But have plans for New Years.
I'd also prefer to do that run when it gets a little warmer.
7 hour drive to freeze my nuts off is pushing a little too far for me.

Hopefully we can do this in the spring time again.

Oh, and I don't believe that N2Rock is alive. That fucker would have said goodbye like a decent person if he was.

the heep has been down...for over a month...Javier @ Gulf Coast has it right now...will be ready for some playtime but not sure if able to swing all those days

If you get your nuts anywhere close to the vents when the heater is on full blast - you won't have to worry about them being cold again... ever.... I think I can light a fire with that on full tilt boogie.

I cannot verify that N2 is actually alive - I did not actually *see* him - but it sure sounded like him on the phone. He and Shannononon quit smoking!

There will be more BMRA runs - for sure.

Mine has been down since the HF run.... the R&P is fixed... had the seals up front changed out and I replaced the clip that holds the push rod where the xfer case lever goes in then something between the shifter and that clip broke today... mothelfuckle!!! I dropped it off at the dealership this afternoon... hopefully it will fall under warranty - I don't believe I have done anything that would effect that.

I was hoping to make this trip with you guys on Thursday but I can't go until Friday morning. However since I am leaving a day later I decided to break my always camp out rule and booked a room at the Gilmer Inn. I have never been there. My son and I will get there ASAP on Friday and hopefully I can find you guys. I can't wait.
