| Everything is holding up great. Repacked the front and put one new bearing in it this past weekend. The others where stilll like new. New seals all in the front. The steering has given me a bit of trouble but I now have it worked out. Took all the PSC stuff off expect the ram and put a K30 1 ton pump on it. Now it works great and all the parts to fix it are at the auto parts store. As for the Geometry on the links, I use a claculation for those called TLAR (That Looks About Right). It has never failed me. It will drive at 70mph all day. | |

| Yup, I`m familiar with "that looks about right!" How does the hydraulic ram feel on highway? Or do you trailer it to the trails? | |

| You never feel any difference if you keep it as a Ram Assist set up. I still have a tie rod. It basically acts like my steering stabilzer. | |

| I am not sure. It is being done In Houston at the Gulf Coast Crawlshop. I use a Lincoln HD3200 for a 110v and I have a Miller 251 for a 220v. Yhe miller is a big dog. That is what i welded up everything during the first and second build of the Unlimited. | |

| I just have a Lincoln 110 weldpak. But I`m able to weld 1/4 even 5/16 with no duty cycling. some of the thicker metal, I just make a double pass. Never had a weld break. best $300 bucks I spent! | |
