| Hey everyone! I kinda dropped off the forum a while back and figured I'd give everyone that remembered me an update. I ended up moving last Feb due to the Air Force, and moved out to good 'ol Las Vegas. However, my dumba$$ was offered payoff on my Rubicon a few months before I left and took it. BOY WAS I RETARDED! I miss my Jeep. When I got to Vegas, I got into to sportbikes and rode for a while, but I still had the wheeling itch. I sold my bike, and decided to try an '85 Toyota instead of a Jeep. Plus, it was only 2800 bucks. I've been building it up since. It's kinda funny cause all the tools I had there, that I sold, are getting replaced again by almost the same tools. So far, I've put 37" Goodyear MT/R's on it, lifted it 4", but then put rear leaf springs up front and it stretched the front 3" and up another 3. It's only got 4.10's in the gears, but 5.29's are coming. I built the back half, still got to put the panels on though. I just thought I'd say hi to everyone and if you all are ever around Vegas, send me a text or shoot me a call, and we'll grab some beers, and/or go wheel (or is that backwards). Take care everyone, and maybe I'll see some of you around. Jeremy 803-464-4324 My old rig for those that don't remember: My new ride: | |

| I thought you bought a Sammy before you left???
Good to hear from you. Hope your friend got his jeep fixed. He ended up calling that the tow truck got there and said it would take another tow truck, not my little 9k winch. | |

| How's Nellis? Wife and I go there a lot but you and I have never met. Father in law lives in Henderson and we like to go check out the old mining towns around Henderson and other places. Check out GhostTowns.com, click the US map and then Nevada. It's divided in to counties. Also we tool around here, I don't know the name of the park but it's HUGE! It's a beautiful drive and you come out above the racetrack kind of close to the substation. There are other places out in the desert I wanted to check out that are abandoned air fields. Oh, also check out . Rainbow Gardens Geological Preserve Its a fun and simple half day outing from the back gate on base. I really like that last map program I linked to. You can explore around the area and find some pretty cool places and it has some info on them. You can also add more info or mark out areas no one else has. Anyway If you want to know more areas to check out, let me know. I think that should keep you busy for a while. | |
