There is a 5:3 lead in favor of the 31st, which is far and away my preference. I've gotten some of the items I need to install and need to get off my arse and get the rest of the stuff. wait, come to think of it, as long as we don't have any other claims in the next 12 months they won't raise our rates (looks for some wood to knock on... crap, only particle board furniture )
