Hello, My name is Chris and I am an engineer at Rancho. I am sorry it took me so long to find this thread, but myself and the engineering manager would like to speak with you regarding your issues and hopefully get everything fixed. If you could, email me your number and a good time to reach you for tomorrow (Sept. 10). Thanks, Chris
| For those that don't know...I have their long arm suspension on the 2dr...and have had issues w/it since day one (use the search to find the post here and elsewhere). I have tried every avenue (including Rancho) to get the prob resolved but to no prevail. So 6 months later, I received the above! just fyi, Rancho has been called several times, the Jeep has gone to several different shops, I've even pm'd Eddie (WOL) back and forth for awhile, etc... | |
