Thanks man! They are an off brand-I think blazer makes 'em. They aren`t really fogs or driving lights. More offroad than anything. They were the only 35w I could find. The 'stang is the wifes, and that thing freakin' MOVES!!! I wish the JK moved like that :drool3:

i'm already having trans problems at 15k miles so not yet

it really sucks too...my last truck was a high 11 second turbo diesel dodge ram.......some days i really miss that truck

Sorry to hear about the trans. Whats going on? Are you standard or auto?

its an auto, and i get a low pitched squell if im turning and accelerating fast, or if i'm doing anything that puts a lot of strain on the engine........but i can only get it to do it consistantly when outside temps are low and i'm hillclimbing....kinda hard to take it in for warrenty and say " come for a ride so i can show u what its doing" then go scare the crap outta them climbing a 60 % hill

I hear ya. I wish dealers would be a little more compliant. It`s not like we enjoy spending our day at the shop or being without our rig, you know. Throwout bearing perhaps?

no throwout on an auto...........and the trans works good, so i dont know

Have you taken it in, or just gonna wait it out? On the other forum, I read lots of people were having problems as well. Knock on wood, I`ve got 11,000 & problem free.

wait untill it get worse....when its doing it enough that i can show them i will take it in. Our 07 2dr has 40k on it and not a single complaint

Yeah I haven`t really had anything go wrong with mine like a lot of others. I`m thrilled with it. I hope you can get it worked out. Whats the build date on your '07, cuz mine is June, and I think the newer 07`s are doing pretty well.

it's a dec 06 build IIRC, not any problems, the08 though is a different matter

That really sad that they couldn`t get the bugs worked out in their first year run...geez. I remember reading about some 08`s still having the stallbug issue. A family member had some serious auto tranny issues, and ended up getting rid of the Jeep. His was an 07 BD Nov. Well I`m glad you`re good to go on the 2dr! You taking both to the Texas meet, or just the 2dr?

planning on both , but if it gets moved to trees, well thats a lot farther drive!!
as far as the trans goes.....if the dealer cant fix it ......theres a nv5600 out in the barn that will
