My friend said he saw a convoy of about 20 jeeps on Friday around 10am near Columbus on I45 heading West. Was that convoy you guys?

i bet that was houston jeep people. they had a big showing of members there this weekend.

On the ranger,was it black? there was a white isuzu and black ranger that was rolling with the old tjc crew..

It was a white smaller pickup truck. Just saw it as I passed by and it was obvious that it had been rolled.

It actually was a gray and white regular cab short bed F150, say late 80 vintage. Don't let the picture fool you. The truck only looked a little better before the roll.

Also took a video of how hummers attempted to take the waterfall. Never seen such a sad bunch of wheelers try to go offroading. They tow-strapped all the hummers front and back, like they were holding hands. Took them a long time to get through and holding up the line for all the others.

We didn't take as many pictures of this trip, as we were just there for Memorial day weekend.

Try Virtual Dub. It is free and easy to use, you can cut pieces out and edit just about anything.

I really have very little experiance as a spotter, but I would think one of the worst places you could stand is directly in front of any vehicle decending from an obstacle. I watched the video and thought to myself "idiot". Please correct me if I am wrong.

Joe, you are correct, but in some circumstances it would probably be OK. The main thing is that you be in a positon where the driver can see and hear you for instruction. Oh, and it's always good to have an escape route planned in case things go bad, even if you think you are of the way.

Why was Sasha's winch spooled out?

The truck in front of me, had his rear tire come off his rim. He was on the V-Notch, I used the winch to lift the truck up so they could reset the tire.















Also, sometimes I like to just let it all hang out.......

Those aren't H2's. They are actually H3's.

My wife daily drives an H2 and i have served as a guide at several Hummer Happenings (similar to Jeep Jamboree). My oldest, now 8, has said he would not go wheeling if there were any H3 there as they are to low and slow and ruin his day.

i don't get it... they went somewhere they shouldn't have been if they are that afraid to do something. they held up and ruined many people's wheeling trip. and they were too big to move aside and let others through..

it was fun racing around them back to camp though. jon and sascha were there for that one too
