I have the predator in my big truck (F250) and it makes one hell of a difference, I realize that is apples to oranges... just a plug for the predator.

I agree with G. It can be done and it wouldn't be very costly (comparatively speaking of course). I've seen good motors go for cheap and most everything else wouldn't be too hard. The stuff to do it is there.

It would take some time to overcome some speed bumps along the way but you could do it. Hell, I'll even come by and drink and offer no good advice along the way!

Another benefit of diesel motors is the lack of spark plugs. A diesel motor is a little better/safer for those of us who like to push the envelope around the water.

if I ever thought they would come out with a 4door diesel jeep locked front and rear for the factory, I would have played my cards differently over the last few years.

If they make a scrambler/brut thingy with a diesel form the factory, I'll stand in line for to be the first...
