Well folks, looks like I wont be making it to the meeting tonite....it seems that my doctor thinks that a staph infection on my arm and my 101.4 fever is more important than hangin out with you guys?!?!!? I've had a sore on my arm for a few days and it got infected and well now the infection is running up my arm, left work early today and went to dr and he said that with a 101.4 fever that I need to be admitted to hospital to take antibiotics through IV..Soooo as soon as Bay Area Hospital calls me I'm going in for the weekend. They were completly full earlier but will have some rooms this afternoon... Anyway...I hope most of you are still gonna hang out and meet each other. Also sucks to because I was gonna see if any of ya'll wanted to do a little wheelin on Sunday

The jeep is fighting it tooth and nail, but she's getting an audio upgrade, however she won't be available till Monday so without it I guess I won't be makin it. Yall have fun!

Running a little late but my girlfriend and I will be there.

Well....who all made it to Chilis,Shari drove thru parking lot on way to visit me over here in hospital and she said she saw 3 jeeps..

i was an hour late so just got some take out and almost ran into kenny twice leaving. maybe next time

yeah man it was good to meet you Scott. We decided though next time its probably gonna be a get together at someones house, Cheaper food, drinks etc everybody can bring something too cook, or just put a couple bucks in to help the host/ hostes. Also the next time it will be in Corpus. Kenny wants to make it so we all drive somewhere and its not just in the same spot over and over. Ranging from Aransass to the Calallen area. hope next time we get a bigger turn out and we can all go wheeling around.

Like Tyler said, next meeting will be in Corpus Christi. I am thinking Friday July 9^th around the same time if that’s ok with everyone. We can set a location closer to the date.

July 9th sounds good. it's our busy time of year (grain harvest) but I'll try and make it.

I think Kenny said something about the next one after would be out my way. we can have it at my house on a sat perhaps. bring the kids, I have lots of land and a play set for them to entertain themselves on. I'll crank up a pit or two and we can cook whatever ya'll want and just hang out and chill the afternoon/evening.

Yeah she told me she did a drive by on the way to visit me in hospital.....she said she saw a TJ pulling in to parking lot and I figured it was you.... we will plan on July 9th.. just tell us where and we will do our best to be there

the next meeting is on R_Unda's turf, so he pics the spot. the 9th works for me. I'll put it on the calendar. Raul, talk to your fellow Corpus Christi-ans, and collaborate/encourage their participation. (Gilly_AS, FOC, NAVY_WK, you guys have a say in this)

Then its Roadkills area, snce he's the newest member, he has to host all of us and any starving pigmys we can pick up on the way...

Then If I"m not mistaken, We'll be back North to Todd and Shari's area, so they can pick a place to go or host...

Then TVernon will pick the place in the Portland area again.

Ladies,and Gents, If I missed you and you want to host/suggest a place to meet, speak up. Parrticipation is key for any new chapter. It helps everyone to get to know each other.

I like this idea of switching it up, I hope everyone likes Whataburger cuz thats all I can cook to feed ya!! Nah just jokin...Im sure we can come up with somethin...hehe! I've got a nice little wheelin spot about 5 miles from my house so maybe that will be wheelin get together!!

i was actually gonna ask you guys about that spot; where is it? i havent been wheeling in like 3 weeks and im getting ancy; like an addict with no smack. I know kenny would be down for some fun so we could make it a bit of an event.

I'm in, assuming I don't have to fly again. I have no excuse this time as I only live a mile away...

Anyone offroading this weekend? I'd like to find some rocks! My jeep has over 3k miles and has yet to see anything but sand and asphalt.

B&J's works for me. hopefully work will cooperate and I can make it there at 7:30, if not I'll see ya when I get there.

so if i show up driving my truck instead of the jeep am i gonna get kicked out of the pizza joint? good thing is supposedly we're switching from 12's to 10's next week so i'll have some time to work on the jeep again

Well I'm gonna be out of the scene for a while due to personal/marital issues...we're kinda seperated at the moment and the Jeep is hers and it would be kinda hard for me to hang out with a bunch of Jeep owners...Hopefully her and I will work things out and get back in the scene but for now I gotta concentrate on more imp't things

B&Js on the 9th at 730, count me in I work right across the street from there so it works out perfect for me. I look forward to seeing Keeny, Raul and Tvern and meeting the rest of you that I missed at the last meeting.
