SA Wheeling Trip

I would like to get a wheeling trip together does anyone want to go somewhere on Oct 23rd or maybe Nov 6th. I am trying to pick a weekend when Marshall is off, he is dying to get his rig out. I know several places close for hunting but maybe Hidden Falls or Clines. I placed a call to Long's and Canyons to see what there availability was as well.

Either week end is good for us most likely... I would like to try out clines or longs! But anywhere works!!

Nov 6th was the hidden falls fundraiser weekend

either weekend sounds good to me. I've been wanting to go wheeling too.



EDIT: just remembered my sister's wedding is on the 23rd. but if we went wheeling on the 24th, I should be able to swing it.

Doggone the luck! Got volleyball matches until 4:00 pm both weekends. I'm never gonna get to test my new lift and tires.

November 6 is opening day for deer season

There's a very good chance I'll be there if it's on the 23rd. I'm gutted that I couldn't make it to K2 this weekend. I got the front locker taken care of late Saturday night.

I am out for the November 6th (going to the TAMU / OU game), and I am a maybe for the weekend in October.
So put me down as a maybe for right now.

I still don't really know what it was. Had to be a bad butt connector or something. I have no idea. We pulled the diff cover, looked at it, couldn't find anything wrong with it, wired it back up to see if the stator would magnetize, and sure enough it did, just like it was supposed to.

Cline Ranch is open we just need 5 rigs, do we want to tentatively book the 23rd?

I would be down for the 23rd, but how about doing something sooner, any chance we could get five rigs together this weekend .

Cline's is only 20mins from Helotes, can anybody squeeze something in for Saturday morning (if there is any interest I can start a seperate post).

I'll be down on the property in Stockdale this weekend, if anyone wants to head down there - you're certainly welcome.

My wife and I are looking for a ride this weekend and Cline's would be perfect. It would be our first group run. I have no winch and no lift on a stock Rubi so hopefully I'll be ok. Let me know whats up.

Here is who I have so far, please let me know if there are any changes.

Also we planned Sat the 23rd, but would the 24th work better for everyone?? Just asking

We have the standard hooks up front on the Rubi and a hitch mounted shackle in the rear.

That should be good. If you have a tow strap, bring it with ya. And, don't forget the shackle. I'm sure someone else will be bring both, but it's good trail manner to have some recovery gear.



BTW, I won't be making this trip. Sorry guys & gals. My little sister is getting married on the 23rd.

Dang it! Finally a trip close to town that I could probably get "permission" to go on and we will be out of town!

We have a couple more guys that can come if we move this to the 24th instead of the 23rd, comments please
