Hello All,

Just wanted to throw out some dates for events that are in the works, if we can work around these it will be easier for more guys to attend .

May 6-8 Wheelers for the Wounded
May 14th Go Topless Day
July 1-10 Moab
August (Date TBD) Coast Run


Holidays
February 14 Valentines Day
May 8 Mothers Day
May 30th Memorial Day
June 19th Fathers Day
July 4 Independence Day
Sept 5th Labor Day

Are we one beach run or 2?


We have done more than one in the past.

We will do 2 or maybe 3

That would be cool. maybe we can pull floats or something

NO FLOATS! Then the tow vehicle must be covered completly.

Maybe we can do something with the "wheelers for the wounded"

I did a quick look and looks like all vehicles must be insured and applicants pay $10.00.

Or take the VIP's thru the parade! There would definitely need to be a group going through together, in formation. They could stop at intervals and stack. Oh, man! The possibilities are endless. Way to go, Chris!!!

Ya instead of pooper scooper's we can have Jeep girls cool off radiators mop up antifreeze!

I look into it some more tomorrow. I've got thier #.

I am hoping that I will have the Jeep done before the 26th if I do im down to go to Fredrickspurg. Also, I just enlisted in the ARMY so Im all over the Wheelers for the Wounded. I ship out may 15th so it works out perfect.

Chris, the parade idea sounds cool. I was reading about it a little and it sounds like we will have to decorate and light ourselves up. Completely possible. I also like Hook-em's idea about stacking and what not. Ofcourse I am very partial to the military so I was thinking we could have the US flag displayed and lit up, up front with the five service flags following. And/or carrying VIP/wounded warriors or something.

I believe the parade is 16 April....is anyone still interested in this?

Ya i wanna try to do something with the Wheeler for the Wounded. I still have not had a chance to look into it, I've been swamped at work. I'll to look into it.

Just wanted to post up a poll for our annual Off-Road Ready BBQ in Helotes, last year was a great hit. Hope everyone can make it out.

Looks like this event needs to be in June sometime, fyi Fathers Day is the 19th


June 4th, 11th, 12th, 25th...what do you guys think?

The 11th and 12th are out for Chris and I, that's when we go on our Axis hunt. The 4th!?

Just a FYI Jeep Nation always sponsors something at the Wheelers for the Wounded, this year it is a dunkin booth...plus several of us take out the soidlers and their families
