| Being there for the state line on the 3rd may be difficult. I'm still working on it, but don't know right now.
Are there any details on the schedule for the 9th? I definitely wanna be present for that. What about us setting up a rondezvous and caravan with them like the Houston group is planning. Timing will be key to accomplish that.

| Hey guys, They will not be at BAMC. It is going to be too hard for us to get in even with the connection we have through Wheelers for the Wounded. We will be at Fort Hood on the 7th for a huge celebration they have decided to put on. I will be your point of contact for all Caravans. I will need a few things from you. I need two points of contact, I need to know where you will be sitting and would like to join up with us, an address would be best if you can get it. I should have firm up on everything very soon and all the side events. We need LOTS of Jeeps there. Also, for the 10th in Houston. Jim Hatfield at Northwest Jeep has planned one hell of a show. This will be the largest event in Texas I am sure. He has offered a 46" Flat Screen to the group that has the largest showing. He will raffle it off to someone in that group. | |

I love it when a plan comes together. I just wish this was one of those times. Until we know if the tour will run through San Antonio at all, it will be hard to know who and how we are going to be able to participate in this event. I will gladly volunteer to be one of the points of for the San Antonio group. Scouttrout, I will PM you my contact information. The route alternatives between Fort Hood and Houston are abundant and don't necessarily come anywhere near San Antonio. If it's not too much to ask, can we get a read on the answer to lonestar rubi's question on this thread?

Stout - say the word and I will remove you email. Will do so either way once the event is past. Bodanno@aol.com

| the schedule is posted up at the top. I trying to figure out were the confusion is. Look at my schedule. It is the correct one. As stated, I will up date that as i hear more. More up to date info will be posted on the TexasJeepOwners.com site and facebook page as that is my site and I am there all the time.
This event has been a logistic nightmare. Why? Because you are dealing with celebrities and a time-line. Anyone who has worked with or around them will know what I mean. they are willing to work but only of it suits there time. This is understandable as we all have Jobs.
As far as i know now we will drive into SA the Night of 8th and hopefully confirm a dealer or sponsor event the day of the 9th. If you guys want to set something up and can get a bunch of jeeps ready to go on that day, we will be there and doing something.
I am hoping that on Monday I get some times and days verified better. Just be patient and workable, that is it what this event is going to take. Believe me when i say it is logistical nightmare but should fall into place as the event nears. You know the days we will be there, they are posted. We are trying to confirm something, but part of this being done in Cali and part in Texas with few contacts for help in the SA and Dallas area.

If you need anything from the Houston/Baytown area let me know... work keeps me busy but I can work a phone/email or whatever.

| Midnight four wheelers is Wheelers for the wounded. they are the ones that organized and ran it getting it to the status is has become. they have now opened up the board, WFTW-SA is a 501 non-profit company, to others outside the Midnight 4 wheelers. I am a board member. They will be present at several of the gatherings and my Jeeps will be sporting the WFTW door logos. I should be easy to find. | |

All there will be able to caravan to the dealership. I am really hoping that some of the SA come out and fill in the ranks. Let's see if there are more SA guy than Houston people out there. Ron I will get with you this week and firm things up but right now this is a solid plan and you can start getting the groups there. I will talk to to the SPOL people monday and tennatively firm up some plans. By thursday we will have a board meeting and should get it all done.
