Just a quick update on the performance of the rails - they are freaking beefy. =)

Took two hard hits on them this past weekend @ krocks. One was the weight of the jeep dropping onto the driver's rail. Barely even left a ding, but I think I cracked my teeth. The other was a drop-n-drag, and it just scratched a bit into the metal, leaving nice little steel splinters on the freshly-unpainted spot. =)

i need some good rock rails that will double as steps for my vertically challenged wife and our boys.

i like the look on the rock rash ones - where can i get them?

hey, this woman aint vertically challenged!! And I roll on 35'sx12.5x15's, but I only have a 3 inch lift, BUT BUT I have no step, it gets in the way!! Then again I am 5 foot 7!!

a stock Jk is the same height as a YJ with 35's and a 3 in lift .....add 35's to a JK and a 2 in BB it's and it has 3 or 4 inches on ya......

I Know I need sliders and would like a step bar added on to it like N2Rocks ...(then again I'm 5ft 3 in and have 8 in of lift and 35's

. I have spoken to a friend & he is going to custom make mine Mine a designed to start a wee bit under the door opening & then they go all the way to the frame under, they go deep & major protective!!! Heck I even found some TIGHT rims I am also having my friend make me, they are the bomb of all rims. I am keeping them secret so I can have a grand showing when I get them. The boys will faint out at the creek, just because its a chicks rig with such bad to the bone rims
