I wouldn`t bother spending the money on decals that people may or may not put on their jeeps. Especially if they`re black and white. I would rather just be very friendly and courteous . Folks will remember that more than anything.

Do you guys think anyone would be interested in a small decal with the t-shirt design on it ? I'm sure it might be expensive in color but maybe black & white. I was just thinking it would be cool to give all the participants a little something, thoughts?????

I`m probably going to take the day off, so anytime will work for me. Well, almost anytime. Not too early as I`m sure I`ll still be getting ready the morning of.

Great, I bring some more fajitias,and will assign some other guys hot dogs, chips, fixins buns, tortillas. Is that ok with everyone fajitias & hot dogs?

i'm gonna bring about 5-10 lbs of chicken fajitas. They're fast and tasty. prolly some tortillas too. so i will need to borrow someone's hibatchi... the owner who lends me grill & fire gets to partake in the eating

BTW : 5-10 lbs is more than Carmen & I can eat so.... I hope the rest of Jeep Nation can help us out with them. no sense i having left overs, right?

I know the Best Western is full bc I tryed everything to get a room, but alot of people are camping so you won/t be alone

Jeep Nation is meeting at Adam's house Friday at 4pm, we will leave to Llano by 4:30. The other guys (mainly from Houston) are leaving eariler some in the AM.

Long's is open at 3pm on Friday.

I will call about the camp fires not sure if the burn ban is in effect.

Here is a link for hotels, many are staying at the Best Western but I think they are full.

The hotels that are in Llano are about 6 miles from the ranch.

that is cool. not sure what time friday we will be there. depends on what time the husband gets out of work. if he is not working then we will p[robably be there earlier, is there a certain time that we can be there on friday?? hotels in that area?? and anyone know how far fromthe hotels the place is....i will try and look up some hotels there.

Have you inquired about camp fires?Are we allowed to have one in a fire ring, or none at all? And is the new time to meet now 3:30 @ Longs?

Well I took the liberty of saying we would organize dinner for Saturday night (around the fire), I am open for suggestions. Just throw out what you think we need and I'll post on the other site. I think we will have a good turnout.

Friday
3:30-3:45 Meet at longs and scout out the area prior to Saturday. Do this until dark... head to the camp site or hotel (whichever you are staying at) I think mainly the Houston group is leaving this early

Saturday
8:00am Gates open

8:30am meeting time
- have a short welcome, separation into groups and any other suggestions for the day.
- Renee will passout the remaining t-shirts

9am hit the trails

Lunch 12-1 (bring a sack lunch for this)

Wheel till dark or you get tired or break something

Dinner: Have a big ol' cookout for dinner instead of everyone heading out to restaurants. So those interested- in addition to sack lunches, pack up some dinner stuff to cook out. We can have a jam session( yes we have a couple musicians) and we can share stories of the day (AKA relax around the camp fire and tell lies about the day)

Jeep Nation is leaving SA at 4:30 on Friday and I know others are leaving at different times, some of the Houston guys are leaving in the AM.
