| Cool, I'm excited. This will also be a good opportunity for me to "meet the gang." Is anyone planning on spending the weekend there rather than just that Saturday? | |

- Adaben, talk to your friend. I might be able to get a couple of local businesses and see if they will provide a bus for the kids and their gaurdians. Maybe. I might be able to pull it off.
Thanks for the offer but my friend has arranged the transportation. He has a couple of churches that help him out by loaning him a bus or two when needed. I would also echo the other responses, this trip is open to anyone that would like to come and help these kids get whatever problems they are having out of there minds for a day. Thanks to all of you for the enthusiastic responses to this.

I'm the Air Force guy. We have a total of 14 seats so far. I've got a couple guys on the fence about whether they are on leave/TDY or not. I'll keep the tally accurate as more roll in.

| I would love to do this. As it stands right now, I can do either 1/21 or 2/4. I do not see anything in the near future that would interfere with either of those dates either. I definitely cannot do the weekend of 1/7. Just putting that out there for consideration. | |

Total of 17 seats. Questions: What is the name of the organization that we are supporting with this run? What is the show time going to be for that day? Are you guys planning on camping and making a weekend of it?

| Id like to come out, It may just be myself and not my wife. The life of a resident is always full of hospital. It also depends on the weather for me. I still have some wonderful suck stock tires so I'd be pretty limited in my ability to do all that much. If I can make it, I would have at least 3 seats.

I will be planning on making it out to this. I will have 2 seats available. What date is it going to be?

| Looks like we are going with the 7th. I spoke with Will today he is the one that works with the kids. He told the kids about the trip the other day and they are very excited. We are going to be taking 20 kids and looks like 3 chaperons. Will is going to get with the local restaurants that help him out with his volunteer work and see if any of them will provide lunch for everybody, if that doesn't work out I will bring sandwich fixins for everyone. The organization that he works with is called Round Rock volunteers. What time do y'all want to plan on meeting at the park? I still have not called them to see if they will waive the passenger fee for the kids but I will take care of that and the release forms this weekend. Thanks to everyone for your support and enthusiasm with this... | |

| Hey just wanted to give an update. Hidden Falls has declined to give any kind of discount to us for the kids that will be riding in our Jeeps. I have spoken with the owner out there a couple of times and they just wont budge. The passenger fee is $15.00 if over 15 years old and $5.00 if under. I can look at trying to move this to Kliens or I am open for suggestions. | |

| Since there are more than 15 rigs going up we should qualify for the group rate discount for at lest the drivers at hidden falls. Will Round Rock not throw in the $15 for the kids? Also they are military/ex-military children so the parents might be willing to cover the costs for their kids.
Another factor to consider is that 20 rigs is a LOT to run out at Cliens at one time. Your call, but I need to know in the near future to tell the others that are coming.
