How long will yall be out there on Sunday? I have football Friday and Soccer on Saturday. I was thinking about a day trip Sunday, depends on how long everyone is wheeling that day.

Either way, I'll be camping.

Jeff sorry to hear about your dad. I went through this a few years ago with my dad, and they only gave him 6 months to live.
He is doing a lot better now, so there is still hope.

sweet, my other half is not coming so it will be a solo trip for me. i guess since i broke in gilmer last monthunloading off the trailer, this will be my first trip since the axle swaps and new tires and beadlocks. yippiee!!!

Not an official Jeep Nation run... A handful of us Houston guys made a run to Barnwell last year for New Years. And decided to make it an annual thing. We haven't really made the exact details for this year yet. Just know that we'll be there for New Years Eve & Day. I have the entire week off at work. So I'm free for whatever plans we make. And they way we (the H-town group) are, we probably won't have any firm plans until the weekend before LOL... But because of the holiday schedules, its really tough to do the planning in advance. So we all just kinda communicate as the date approaches and try to figure out a plan that works for everyone.

I doubt I can make it. The kid's soccer season is taking every weekend for the next couple of months.

Yeah, do that, and maybe you could make a leisurely drive down to Houston during the day Friday, hang out for a little bit, eat some lunch, relax, and then convoy with N2 and anyone else for the trip up to Longs. That would certainly make it less of a chore, too.
